Steel shell furnace(hydraulic tilting)

1.It has a long service life (generally the normal service life is more than 10 years),

2.Good stability, because the yoke is used, the yoke has two functions: the yoke is firmly fixed to the induction coil, so that the coil and the yoke form a stable structure; the yoke forms a magnetic barrier around the coil;

Aluminum shell furnace

 Aluminum shell furnace is a simple structure with a service life of about 5-8 years. It has no magnetic conductor, lining ejection mechanism, and refractory clay layer, and its safety performance is poor. Generally, it is not recommended to use aluminum shell furnace when the equipment exceeds 2 tons.

Compared with aluminum shell furnace, steel shell furnace has five advantages

1) Strong and durable, beautiful and generous, especially large-capacity furnace body, requires a strong rigid structure. From the perspective of furnace safety, try to use steel shell furnace.

2) The yoke made of silicon steel sheet shields and emits the magnetic lines of force generated by the induction coil, reduces magnetic leakage, improves thermal efficiency, increases production, and saves energy by about 5%-8%.

3) The existence of the furnace cover reduces heat loss and improves the safety of the equipment.

4) Long service life. Aluminum oxidizes more severely at high temperatures, causing metal toughness fatigue. At the foundry site, it is often seen that the aluminum shell furnace shell is in tatters after being used for about a year, while the steel shell furnace has less magnetic leakage and its equipment life is much longer than that of the aluminum shell furnace.

5) Safety performance The steel shell furnace is much better than the aluminum shell furnace. During the smelting of the aluminum shell furnace, due to high temperature and heavy pressure, the aluminum shell is easily deformed and has poor safety. The steel shell furnace uses hydraulic tilting, which is safe and reliable.
