Monthly Maintenance of Medium Frequency Furnaces

Monthly Inspection of the Furnace Body

1. Check the coil for sparks and discoloration. Check the support wood for breakage or carbonization.

2. Check the tightness of the magnetic yoke, the rotation of the lift cylinder and the furnace cover, and check for oil leaks. Adjust the speed. Check all screws for heat, discoloration, and looseness.

3. Check the front axle pin of the furnace frame and the lift cylinder for wear and looseness, and lubricate the rotating parts.

4. Check the water cooling cables and pipes.

Monthly Inspection of the Power Supply Cabinet

1. Clean dust from all components and the main control board, and tighten the terminals.

2. Check the condition of the discharge resistor.

3. Regularly check all screws for heat, discoloration, and looseness, and tighten them.

Monthly Inspection of the Cooling Tower and Emergency System

1. Check the fan and bearing seat oiling.

2. Check the spray pump, fan temperature setting, and linkage for proper operation.

3. Clean the water tank and remove debris from the spray pump inlet filter.

4. Check and operate the emergency system for proper operation.
