The induction coil is an indispensable component in the medium frequency furnace. It is used in conjunction with the medium frequency power supply. The alternating current generated by the medium frequency power supply is used to generate a magnetic field through a spiral coil made of a rectangular copper tube. The magnetic field is heated by the eddy current generated by the heated metal. Therefore, the medium frequency furnace coil is very important, and its fixing and assembly methods are safe and reliable. So, how to produce the medium frequency furnace induction coil?

1. First of all, the medium frequency furnace induction coil is made of a rectangular thick-walled copper tube wound on a special mold. There is no joint in the middle of the entire inductor coil. The two ends are made of pure copper argon arc welding. The copper tube is made of high-quality cold-extruded copper tube with material T2 (99.99%). There should be no weld inside each set of inductor coils.

2. The inductor coil of the medium frequency furnace is fixed by several series of bolts welded on its outer circumference and insulating bakelite columns. In the aluminum shell furnace, the inductor coil is tightened by an adjustable stainless steel screw.

3. After the inductor coil of the medium frequency furnace is fixed by copper bolts and bakelite columns, the error of its turn spacing is generally not more than 2mm. After a 24-hour water pressure test at 3 times the working pressure, the surface of the inductor coil is wrapped with 2 layers of high-strength mica tape after confirming that there is no leakage, and then dipped in an insulating paint can for 16 hours, and then dried for 16 hours. This is repeated twice to ensure that its insulation level is H and the withstand voltage is greater than 5000V.

4. Several temperature probe fixing seats are welded on the outer surface of the inductor coil of the medium frequency furnace according to the water channel segment for installing temperature measuring elements. The working temperature of the induction coil of the medium frequency furnace can be displayed on the graphic display of the medium frequency power supply.

5. The inner side of the inductor coil of the medium frequency furnace is evenly coated with refractory clay with a thickness of 15-25mm to ensure good thermal insulation buffer and insulation, which is convenient for the old furnace lining to be pushed up and the furnace lining to be rammed, and prevent the working furnace lining from being affected by cold and hot deformation.

6. Before assembling the inductor coil of the medium frequency furnace, it must undergo a 24-hour water pressure test at 3 times the working pressure and a 7000V withstand voltage test. Only after it is confirmed to be qualified can it be transferred to the next process.

7. Weld a yellow screw every other turn of the inductor coil of the medium frequency furnace and fix it on the insulating rod to keep a certain distance between adjacent coils. The fixing nut can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the heating model.
