Suitable for various forming processes, including Pressed Powder Metallurgy (PM), Metal Injection Molding (MIM), Isostatic Pressing (IP), and 3D Printing.

Applicable to metallic materials such as stainless steel and iron-based alloys, as well as engineering ceramics like silicon carbide (SiC) and silicon nitride (Si₃N₄).

Proprietary large-surface-area heating technology ensures superior temperature uniformity (achieving true uniformity of ≤ ±5°C).

Advanced in-chamber atmosphere flow control minimizes residual contaminants, resulting in more consistent sintered part performance (e.g., carbon content in 304 stainless steel can be controlled to ≤ 0.01%).

Higher loading capacity and larger part capability: full-load sintering is highly stable, with sintering yield reaching up to 100%. Even large or previously difficult-to-sinter components are now easily processed (mass-produced parts weighing over 900 grams have been successfully achieved).
