Furnace Hydraulic System

Hydraulic station:

The motor and oil pump of the hydraulic pump station are one for use and  one for backup, with identical specifications and models, can can be replaced with just one click. The hydraulic pump and valve body are imported products. The hydraulic pump station is equipped with a pipe-type heat exchanger and filter for cooling and filting the hydraulic medium.

Tilting furnace console:

Using two types of driving modes, mechanical valves and solenoid valves, which are suitable for manual con­ trol and remotecontrol respectively. Users can choose different operating modes according to their actual needs.

The console is placed in front of the furnace, with con­venient operation and fast response speed. The opera­tion panel is equipped with motor start-stop buttons and pressure gauges.
