1.Normal operating conditions of the equipment

1.1、Power supply requirements:

A:The main circuit power supply voltage fluctuation shall not exceed 5%, and the three-phase imbalance shall not exceed 5%.

B:The control system power supply voltage fluctuation shall not exceed 5%.

C:The power supply voltage of the main circuit and control system must be a sinusoidal wave with a waveform distortion of no more than 10%.

1.2、External circulation cooling water requirements

The water quality of the cooling water should meet the following requirements:

PH Value:         7~8.5

Suspended Solids     <10mg/L

Alkalinity           <50mg/L

chloride ion Average   <50mg/L

3.Components of 500kg steel shell melting furnace

The 500kg medium frequency furnace is mainly composed of smelting power supply (including compensation capacitor), furnace body, induction coil, yoke, permanent furnace lining, water-cooled cable, hydraulic system, cooling system, working platform, etc.

3.1 power supply

400KW-parallel resonant medium frequency power supply. This power supply can ensure that the power factor of the equipment is always not less than 0.9.

3.2 Furnace body

The furnace body structure consists of a furnace fixing frame and a furnace body. The furnace fixing frame and the furnace body adopt an integral skeleton structure. The tilting of the furnace body is controlled by the hydraulic system and is realized by the two hydraulic cylinders on both sides of the furnace body. The reset of the furnace body is achieved by the pressure generated by the deadweight of the furnace body.

3.3 Induction coil

The induction coil is wound with a rectangular copper tube made of electrolytic copper. The coil generates a magnetic field under the action of current, and the magnetic field causes the metal in the furnace to generate eddy currents and heat. The induction coil is resistant to high temperature and coated with high-voltage insulating paint.

3.4 Magnetic Yoke

The magnetic yoke is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which fully utilizes the magnetic conductive area of silicon steel sheets and reduces energy loss. It is not only beneficial to energy saving and consumption reduction, but also has a good radial fastening and supporting effect on the induction coil.

3.5 Permanent Furnace Lining (Coil Clay Coating)

A 10-15mm refractory clay is applied to the inner side of the inductor.

1) It can facilitate the ejection of the furnace lining;

2) It can facilitate the ramming of the furnace lining;

3) It can prevent the furnace lining from being affected by the cold and hot deformation of the furnace lining, which affects the life of the furnace lining.

3.6 Water-cooled Cable

The water-cooled cable uses multi-strand copper strands and is covered with a high-strength flame-retardant rubber tube. It has the characteristics of good contact and strong tensile strength.

3.7 Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is used to drive the tilting of the furnace body. The action is controlled by the hydraulic operating table, and the hydraulic station oil pump start-up and loading are all controlled by the operating table. After the oil pump is turned on, the system is still in the unloading state. The pressure can only be increased when the operating handle is working. After the work is completed, the system automatically enters the unloading state.

4.Matched closed water cooling system of 500kg steel shell melting furnace

Closed cooling system consists of two parts: the main engine and the auxiliary engine.

(1) Main machine

The cooling tower main engine is mainly composed of the shell, stainless steel cooler, exhaust system, dehydrator, water collection tank, etc.

Shell: The shell of the cooling tower is made of galvanized aluminum plate.

Cooler: The cooling medium passes through the cooler, and the outside is air-cooled to meet the cooling requirements; the cooler is made of stainless steel pipes.

Exhaust system: The exhaust system is an airflow method that takes in air through the air inlet below the main engine cabin and exhausts air through the upper fan port, continuously and stably exhausting the saturated hot and humid air in the main engine cabin of the cooling tower. It consists of an air inlet grille, a fan and a protective cover.

Dehydrator: The main function of the dehydrator is to reduce the water loss of the external circulation water cooling system during operation.

(2) Auxiliary machine

The auxiliary engine is mainly the control system of the cooling tower, which is composed of a main pump, a stainless steel water tank, an electric control box, a temperature control system, a pressure control system, etc
