What is Magnet yoke?

    Magnetic yoke usually refers to a soft magnetic material that does not produce a magnetic field (magnetic lines of force) itself and only transmits magnetic lines of force in the magnetic circuit. The yoke is generally made of soft iron, A3 steel and soft magnetic alloy with relatively high magnetic permeability. In some special occasions, the yoke is also made of ferrite materials.

Structure of magnet yoke

    Magnet yoke use cold rolling silicon sheet, crescent magnet yoke made by stainless steel splint, faying face of metal core and coil is arc surface, press and tighten part is a surface but not a line, this structure is with good press and tighten efficiency, less magnet leakage. When silicon steel sheet pile up, intensify by dedicated splint, but not dedicated screw mandrel, this structure takes full usage of silicon steel sheet magnetic area, reduce possibility of local heat

Application of magnet yoke in medium frequency furnace

    Set profiling magnet yoke inside of furnace body, the magnet yoke shield reduces magnetic flux leakage, stops furnace body heating, improves efficiency. Meanwhile, magnet yoke support and fix induction coil, makes furnace body high strength and low noise.
