Plate Heat Exchanger introduction
The plate heat exchanger is an efficient heat exchanger assembled by stacking a set of metal plates with corrugated profiles. Narrow rectangular channels are formed between adjacent plates, and heat transfer takes place through the plates. It is an ideal equipment for liquid-liquid and liquid-vapor heat exchange.
It features high heat transfer efficiency, low heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small floor space, wide application range and long service life. Under the same pressure drop, its heat transfer coefficient is 3 to 5 times higher than that of tubular heat exchangers. Its occupied area accounts for one-third of tubular heat exchangers, and the heat recovery rate can reach over 90%.

Advantage of plate heat exchanger
High Heat Transfer Efficiency
The scientifically designed corrugated structure of heat transfer plates enhances heat transfer. It enables the medium to generate strong turbulence at a low flow velocity, reduces scaling, and delivers outstanding heat transfer efficiency.
Durable
A matched mould new process is adopted during the pressing and forming of heat transfer plates, ensuring uniform pressing and precise corrugation dimensions. This guarantees uniform corrosion resistance and mechanical strength across the plates and extends service life.
Stable Operation
Reinforced structures are arranged around the flow channels of heat transfer plates. Optimized corrugation dimensions ensure even distribution of contact points and improve pressure resistance. Streamline-shaped corrugations eliminate flow dead zones. The large flow channel diameter brings low pressure loss.
